Mr. Fordham graduated from the Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio in 1992 having received his undergraduate education and a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice from the State University of New York at Albany. He was admitted to the bars of the State of New York and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 1993. He began his legal career as an Associate Attorney gaining several years of experience in the areas of personal injury litigation, social security disability, bankruptcy, municipal law and general civil litigation having worked at an upstate New York law firm as well as a general practice firm in Butler, Pennsylvania. Mr. Fordham also handled numerous probate and estate cases, business, real estate, and corporate law matters during his tenure as an Associate Attorney. In 2002, Mr. Fordham was hired as an Assistant District Attorney for Cambria County, Pennsylvania. As a trial lawyer, he prosecuted major crimes consisting of capital murder, various criminal homicide cases, and cases of aggravated assault, robbery, fraud,embezzlement, as well as drug trafficking and firearms violations. He has assisted state, local and federal law enforcement agents in numerous criminal investigations throughout Cambria County, Pennsylvania. Education - Capital University Law School, Juris Doctor
